Submission Desk1

Most desk rejections for technical reasons are not about the science. A missing ethics statement, an unsigned competing-interest form or figures at screen resolution send a manuscript back before an editor has read a word.

Submission Desk checks the package while the author is still at their desk. Files, declarations, ethics and funding statements are confirmed in minutes, and the editorial office receives manuscripts that are ready to read.

  • Guided upload with your journal's own article types
  • ORCID sign-in and co-author confirmation
  • Funder registry matching for every grant

AI Integrity Check3

Every manuscript is screened on arrival for text similarity, duplicated or altered image panels, references that cannot be found or have been retracted, and indicators of AI-generated text.

The result is a single report written for editors. Each flag shows its evidence and its limits, so the handling editor can judge context: an author reusing their own cited methods text is not the same as copied results.

  • Similarity with source and section breakdown
  • Panel-level image duplication and manipulation checks
  • Reference existence and retraction lookup

Reviewer Match2

Finding two willing, qualified reviewers is often the slowest step in peer review. Reviewer Match reads the manuscript's topic and methods and suggests researchers whose publication record fits.

Before an invitation goes out, it screens for co-authorship, shared affiliations and recent collaboration. Invitations, reminders and due dates are then tracked without a spreadsheet.

  • Suggestions ranked by topic and method fit
  • Conflict of interest screening on every candidate
  • Automatic reminders and reviewer workload view

Editorial Board4

Editors-in-chief, section editors and managing editors work from one workspace. Assignments, reviews, revision rounds and decision letters sit on the same manuscript record.

Single-blind, double-blind and open review are configured per journal, and each role sees only what it should.

  • Queue by stage, age and handling editor
  • Decision letter templates with your journal's voice
  • Full audit trail for every manuscript

Production Line and Journal Site5

Accepted manuscripts move to copyediting, typesetting and author proofs without leaving the platform. Authors mark corrections on the proof itself, and articles are output as PDF, HTML and JATS XML.

DOIs are registered with full metadata on publication, and each article appears on a ready journal website with issues, archives, author guidelines and search.

  • Proof corrections tracked line by line
  • Batch DOI deposits with ORCID and funder IDs
  • Your domain, your branding, your masthead
